If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
4. Refund Process

Payments made by credit/debit card will be refunded to the same card.

Refunds are typically completed within 3–7 working days.
5. Orders Paid via Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders can be cancelled easily within the 2-hour window.

Repeated COD cancellations may lead to restrictions on your account.
6. Shipped Orders
Once your order has been shipped:

Cancellation is not possible.

You may still request a return or exchange based on our Return Policy.
