Order Cancellation Process

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please follow the steps below:

1. Cancellation Time Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately using one of the following:

  • Your Order Number

  • Your Full Name

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

3. Confirmation of Cancellation

  • Our team will review your request and confirm if the order is still eligible.

  • If approved, you will receive a Cancellation Confirmation Email.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

4. Refund Process

  • If your cancellation is approved:

    • Payments made by credit/debit card will be refunded to the same card.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 3–7 working days.

5. Orders Paid via Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD orders can be cancelled easily within the 2-hour window.

  • Repeated COD cancellations may lead to restrictions on your account.

6. Shipped Orders

Once your order has been shipped:

  • Cancellation is not possible.

  • You may still request a return or exchange based on our Return Policy.
