At VapeSmoke, we follow all state and federal vaping laws to ensure safe and legal delivery of vape products to our customers.

Due to recent changes in vape regulations, certain states and cities have restrictions or complete bans on the sale or shipment of vape products — especially flavored e-liquids.

If you live in one of these restricted areas and place an order containing a prohibited item, your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

We encourage all customers to check with their local government for the latest vaping and shipping regulations.

We Are Unable to Ship Vape Products To:

  • U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc.)

  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

  • Georgia

  • Louisiana

  • Maine

  • Massachusetts

  • Oregon

  • South Dakota

  • Utah

  • Vermont

We Are Unable to Ship Any E-Liquids To:

  • New Jersey

  • San Francisco, CA

  • Rhode Island

  • New York

  • Maryland

  • Washington

  • Washington, D.C.

Important Notes:

  • Orders containing restricted items will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

  • Flavored e-liquids shipped to flavor-restricted states will be removed and refunded, while the rest of the order will be processed normally.

  • Orders placed to states with complete vape bans will not be processed and will be immediately cancelled.

PACT Act Compliance

Effective March 27, 2021, the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act requires all online vape retailers, including VapeSmoke, to comply with federal and state regulations.
This includes:

  • Collecting all state and local taxes on vape-related products.

  • Requiring Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery for all vape orders.

  • Maintaining detailed labeling, packaging, record keeping, and registration with both state and federal authorities.

These steps ensure every VapeSmoke order is fully compliant with U.S. law and safely delivered to verified adults.
