Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours regardless of the selected shipping method. We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Our processing hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (ET).
Orders placed after 3:30 PM ET or on weekends and major U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note: If you receive a tracking number after our cutoff time, your order has been packed but may not have left our facility yet.


Shipping Locations

  • Hardware products are shipped from our warehouse in Woodside, NY (11377).

  • Flavored e-liquids and flavored pods are shipped from our Norwich, CT (06360) facility.


Address Verification & Signature Policy

  • Orders of $400 or more must be shipped to the cardholder’s verified billing address. If this address cannot be verified, the order will be automatically cancelled without notice.

  • Orders of $200 or more require signature confirmation upon delivery — someone must be available to sign for the package.


State Regulations & Compliance

Due to ongoing changes in vape laws and regulations, VapeSmoke cannot ship certain products to restricted states, cities, or territories.

We do not ship any vape-related products to:

  • U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc.)

  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

  • Georgia

  • Louisiana

  • Maine

  • Massachusetts

  • New Hampshire

  • Oregon

  • South Dakota

  • Utah

  • Vermont

  • Washington

  • Chicago, IL

  • Arkansas

We do not ship any e-liquids to:

  • New Jersey

  • San Francisco, CA

  • Rhode Island

  • New York

  • Maryland

  • Washington

  • Washington, D.C.

If you place an order containing a restricted product, that item will be removed and refunded. In some cases, your entire order may be cancelled and refunded.


Estimated Transit Times

Please note that transit times do not include our 24–48 hour processing period.

  • Economy Shipping: 5–9 business days in transit

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days in transit

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $80 (after discounts, before taxes).

    Adult Signature fees still apply as required by federal PACT Act regulations.


Adult Signature Requirement

All VapeSmoke orders require Adult Signature upon delivery (21+ years old).
This is a federal requirement under the PACT Act and cannot be waived.
Both shipping and Adult Signature fees are non-refundable.


Late Shipments

While we process and ship promptly, transit times are not guaranteed and shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your shipment is delayed due to carrier issues (e.g., weather or failed delivery attempts), please contact the shipping carrier directly or email us at support@vapesmoke.com.


Order Tracking

Once shipped, your tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.
You can also view tracking updates by logging into your VapeSmoke account.

Don’t worry if your tracking status hasn’t updated for a few days — tracking only updates once the package reaches a sorting facility.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or returned packages.
We will not reship until the original package is returned and the reshipping fee is paid by the customer.


Replacement & Warranty Shipments

All replacement and warranty shipments are sent via Standard Shipping only.
